Diablo Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist) to join our exceptional rehab team!

Full-Time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation - Physical Therapist (PT)

$64-$68 per hour , depending on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities


* Assist in the daily management and oversight of the rehabilitation department.


* Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments.


* Support staff development, scheduling, and operational excellence.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident outcomes.


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and quality standards.


* Promote exceptional patient care and customer service.

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred.


* Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.


* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.


* Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of function.
