What are we looking for?

The Multimedia Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the end-to-end production of high-quality audio and visual media, including photography, videography, and audio production, including post-production editing, and delivery of final media assets as part of the creation of engaging training courses and supporting materials.

Shift/Schedule: Typically, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM with some weekend work to accommodate on location shoots or attendance at meetings.

Team coordination


* Supporting a team of multimedia designers to develop multimedia content for training programs.


* Conducting regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.


* Supporting a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.


* Coordinating with Creative Leadership to ensure timely delivery of projects in alignment with departmental priorities.


* Assigning projects based on individual and team strengths, project complexity, and resource availability.


* Monitoring team workload and recommending use or contractor support when necessary.
