What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Multimedia Editor, Graphic Designer will work primarily with our video team to shoot, create and edit videos, including creating synthetic voice over tracks, and creating translated versions of the media.

This person will also have the responsibility to lead design and translation projects as well as lead small teams on media shoots.

The position also requires some graphic design work.

What you'll do:


* Work with Art Directors and Instructional Designers to assemble and compile completed media in preparation for Quality Assurance


* Creation of the audio track files, using our current web service


* Downloading the resulting files and reviewing the audio to ensure the correct voice and quality


* Running the files through a pre-set audio leveling software process


* Delivering the files to the appropriate folders in our file management system


* Troubleshoot and make any corrections to the audio using the same process above


* Overseeing and maintaining our voice over file tracker


* Communicating with Art Directors, Video Editors Instructional Designers, and Project Managers on file status
