To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Strategic Category Management


* Develop and execute robust category strategies in partnership with regional and global category procurement teams.


* Deliver key procurement objectives including gross productivity savings, working capital optimization, DPO improvement, and total cost reduction.


* Partner closely with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business priorities and operational requirements.


* Conduct comprehensive industry assessments, cost modelling, and market analysis to make informed strategic decisions.


* Drive end‑to‑end sourcing strategy execution through RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and other sourcing interventions.

Supplier Relationship Management


* Lead the supplier selection process, to build an efficient and resilient supply base.


* Develop and maintain supplier segmentation and classification to optimize engagement models.


* Oversee supplier performance monitoring, scorecarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Establish and run a structured supplier relationship framework—including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), joint business planning, and long‑term capability development.

3.

Supply Assurance


* Ensure uninterrupted supply for ongoing business operations in alignment with long‑term demand forecasts.


* Secure material readiness and connectivity for new product introductions and change management initiatives.


* Drive supplier-led innovation by bringing outside‑in insights, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Contract Management


* Lead development, structuring, and negotiation of contracts in collaboration with Legal and cross‑functional partners.
