Responsibilities



* Archivo de documentos fisicos y electronicos


* Apoyo atencion a solicitudes referentes a Gasolina


* Registro de facturas en sistema


* Envios por estafeta


* Reclasificacion de gasto en cc correcto


* Seguimiento a multas


* Asignacion te tags a unidades nuevas


* Apoyo en general en actividades administrativas

Qualifications



* Estudiante ativo de Lic en Administacion.


* 4to Semestre en adelante.


* Microsoft office


* Disposición, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, análisis.
