Machining - Grinding - Machinist 2nd shift

We're looking for a skilled Grinding Machinist to machine, repair, and finish critical aerospace components to precise specifications.

In this hands-on role, you'll operate CNC and manual grinding equipment, inspect your work, and ensure every part meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance.

Shift: Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs, Monday-Sunday) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do:



* Set up and operate CNC and manual grinding equipment


* Machine and repair precision aerospace components to close tolerances


* Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings


* Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, pi tapes, and other precision measuring tools


* Change tooling and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed


* Perform routine equipment maintenance and complete inspection documentation


* Operate overhead cranes and safely handle parts and materials


* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area


* Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

What We're Looking For:



* Machining experience in a manufacturing environment


* Experience operating grinding equipment preferred


* Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T


* Proficiency using precision measuring instruments


* Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills


* Ability to work independently with attention to detail


* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
