Machining - Grinding - Machinist 3rd shift

We're looking for a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment used to manufacture and repair critical aerospace components.

This is a hands-on role where precision, quality, and attention to detail matter.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do:



* Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders


* Manufacture and repair precision aerospace components to tight tolerances


* Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings


* Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials


* Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other precision measuring tools


* Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds as needed to maintain quality standards


* Complete required inspection and production documentation


* Perform routine machine maintenance and operate overhead cranes as needed


* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area


* Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives

What We're Looking For:



* CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments


* Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T


* Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools


* Strong math, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude


* Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards


* Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused


* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Bonus Qualifications:



* Manual machining or component repair experience


* CNC program editing experience


* Trade school, technical training, or related certifications
