Work You'll Do

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join its Government & Public Services (GPS) Sustainability, Infrastructure & Real Estate practice.

This professional will support federal, state, local, and higher education clients in addressing complex challenges related to sustainability strategy, capital planning, infrastructure transformation, real estate optimization, and program delivery.

The Manager will work as part of cross-functional teams to deliver analysis, manage workstreams, develop client-ready materials, and help drive measurable mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


* Act as the Construction Management Subject Expert on the project, providing leadership for CMP development and delivery


* Coordinate all aspects of the required CMP CM functional requirements


* Work with the government to review policy and processes and determine how CM policy and processes will need to be changed to fully leverage CMP
