Job Summary:

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting DevOps practices that enable reliable, scalable, and efficient delivery of software solutions.

This role focuses on CI/CD automation, deployment pipelines, environment management, and production support, with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps.
The position requires a solid background in software development to effectively support application teams and ensure alignment between development and deployment practices.

The DevOps Engineer will also define best practices, establish standards, and provide internal training to drive adoption of DevOps methodologies, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC), across the organization.

Supports the delivery, deployment, and operational stability of business solutions across multiple sites and regions Works cross-functionally with development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, with regular interaction with external vendors and partners Influences DevOps practices and standards (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code) to improve consistency, scalability, and deployment efficiency Contributes to multiple concurrent initiatives within an Agile environment, ensuring release quality, speed, and system reliability while adhering to strict regulatory requirements, auditability, and controlled change management processes
