* Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial controls, analysis and reporting of financial data.
* Technology Skills - Accounting and Finance software (i.e., Hyperion, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar systems); Office Suite software: Microsoft Office, including advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel; creating and updating spreadsheets and formulas, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, etc.
* Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
* 3-5 years' experience in a standard cost environment as an account or cost accountant.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently to manage and complete all areas of responsibility.
* Strong attention to detail and follow up.
Ability to prioritize, organize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
* Logical thinker, strong analytical, problem-solving abilities.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
