Job Overview

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the part-time PM shift.

You will provide high-quality rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to our residents.

This role requires a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses strong clinical decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities


* Administer medications and treatments accurately.


* Assess and monitor resident conditions.


* Document clinical changes in electronic records.


* Lead and supervise vocational nursing staff.


* Coordinate care plans with physicians.


* Respond promptly to resident emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements


* Valid California RN license required.


* Current CPR/BLS certification required.


* Commitment to weekday and weekend shifts.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
