HR Benefits Intern (Punto Valle, MTY)

What will you do:


* Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns.


* Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE.


* Provide general operational support for benefits administration.


* Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations.


* Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders


* Operate and administer our benefit offers


* Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data

Preferred Qualifications


* Previous internship, project, volunteer work, or academic experience related to Human Resources, customer service, employee support, administration, training, or process documentation.


* Experience working with data, reports, spreadsheets, manuals, guides, or training materials.


* Interest in HR Operations, Employee Benefits, and Employee Experience.

Required Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related fields.


* Knowledge of Human Resources, acquired either through professional experience or academic training.


* Experience with databases and proficiency in Excel.


* Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


* Strong analytical skills.


* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.


* You enjoy critical thinking, customer service and supporting employees.


* Have advanced digital skills, learn fast utilizing digital platforms.


* Speak fluent (read, write, and speak) English and Spanish (must).
