Learning Services Specialist with French and English

Your IMPACT:


* Manage Learning & Development activities for the employees based in Italy and Spain


* Coordinate logistics and administration of training sessions


* Communicate with employees, trainers, external vendors, and other actors (HRBPs, managers, procurement teams etc.)


* Cooperate closely with stakeholders responsible for the training offer


* Participate in activities related to finance management (managing purchase requests, cost charge activities according to the local procedures)


* Ensuring correct data input in the learning system, process documentation and knowledge base


* Support employees in their queries related to learning and answer questions


* Prepare reports and analysis of learning data


* Deploy learning projects and programs

If you have:


* Excellent command of spoken and written French and English (any other European language is a plus)


* Interest and knowledge in Learning or HR Services


* Pro-active attitude


* Attention to details and problem-solving skills


* Good organization and ability to prioritize


* Good command of MS Office


* Customer oriented approach (Experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a huge asset)
