Your tasks 

In this exciting position we are looking for an experienced business intelligence and data analyst with the following key responsibilities:


* Create automated visual dashboards in Power BI required from CBS business teams and build data visualization reports and tools for self-service consumption of data  



* Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights 



* Resolve data / reporting issues through configuration, data cleansing, de-duplication, consolidation and rationalisation of reporting requirements where appropriate 



* Translate business requirements from business users into design specifications and data modelling  



* Build and maintain Semantic and data models


* Build & maintain relationships with business functions/IT/countries and consultants.  



* Partner with business teams/stakeholders to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights. 



* Support the business intelligence strategy and monitor stakeholders’/countries’ effort to fall in line with the overall strategy  



* Support collecting reporting requirements and organize BI trainings with CBS countries and business functions 

Our requirements 


* University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics or business, logistics with focus on analytics or relevant work experience 



* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization including DAX and Power Query.



* Solid understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and reporting architectures.



* Knowledge of Tabular Editor, SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes is a plus.


* Experience with Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms is a plus


* Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for cooperation within a dynamic team
