Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!

Position Details


* Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)


* Location: Hayward Gardens Post Acute


* Pay: $48-$52 per hour


* Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.


* Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.


* Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents.

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.


* Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
