Marketing Delivery - Payments - Senior Associate
Come be part of a strategic marketing team.
As a Marketing Delivery Senior Associate in Payments Marketing, you will collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement acquisition campaigns.
Lead and refine multi channel marketing to boost acquisition, awareness, and launches while improving performance and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and budget constraints.
In addition you will optimize direct response marketing campaigns to enhance results, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
You will also partner with marketing managers to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and develop campaign strategies, including measurement and reporting frameworks.
Job responsibilities:
* Collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement Acquisition campaigns.
* Partner with our internal creative agency to assist in developing creative versions tailored to each program.
* Maintain a robust control environment, acting as a second set of eyes to ensure the quality and accuracy of final creative outputs and other executional elements
* Prioritize end-to-end customer experience, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution of all campaign details.
* Oversee multi-channel execution from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing Strategy teams, Segment and branch partners, Creative development and execution agencies and Legal and Compliance teams for marketing content approval
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* 2+ years of proven experience in email, direct mail, and/or digital marketing.
* Proficient in owned, earned and paid channels, with broad executional knowledge of social media, paid digital advertising, performance marketing (affiliate, paid search), email and website creative
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
* Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with marketing project execution details.
* High-energy individual capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, working effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
* Strong relationship development and negotiation skills, earning respect and trust among internal and external partners and team members.
* Positive, can-do attitude, comfortable with continuously evolving opportunities and priorities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
