Administrative Assistant (Veteran Response Team)
There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible as the first point of contact for Intensive Community and Veterans Services, which requires a positive attitude and polished, professional appearance.
The position will also be responsible for supporting Intensive Community and Veterans Services with day-to-day operational administrative tasks.
The position also requires a desire to understand, and empathize with, the complex needs of populations served by HRBH.

* Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
* Welcomes on-site guests and announces guest to appropriate personnel.
* Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, security, and related activities.
* Provides support as front desk reception.
Answers incoming telephone calls and delegates to proper personnel.
* Ensure main voicemail reflects office closings, special events, etc.
* Receives sorts and distributes mail.
* Maintains a clean and neat lobby area.
* Provides administrative support to Intensive Community and Veterans Services.
* Monitors and coordinates accounting activities as appropriate, and prepares internal reports for management; participates in budget planning and management, as required.
* Assists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the office.
* Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.
* Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.
* Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
* Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor, department directors, and other HRBH leadership.
