What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our facility and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include:


* Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment


* Perform preventative and predictive maintenance


* Install, relocate, and set up manufacturing equipment


* Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical schematics


* Perform electrical wiring and equipment installations in industrial environments


* Repair plumbing and facility systems as needed


* Identify and correct safety concerns


* Perform welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering projects


* Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and milling machines


* Support continuous improvement initiatives and RCI events


* Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas using 5S principles


* Utilize computer systems to access technical information and documents


* Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications


* High School Diploma or GED


* Basic computer skills


* Experience operating CNC or other specialized manufacturing equipment


* Drug Screen and Physical

Preferred Qualifications


* Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics Engineering, or a related field OR


* Five or more years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance experience

Experience with:


* Hydraulics and pneumatics


* Industrial troubleshooting and mechanical repair


* PLCs and motor controls


* Industrial/commercial electrical systems


* 480V three-phase power systems


* Electrical testing equipment and multimeters
