KPP/SR PRODUCT-INNOVATION & REBATE SERVICES LEADER
Lead New Product Development, Sales, Client Services, Analytics, and Program Management for the KPP Rebate Services Program.
Drive growth and retention of the Rebate Services client base.

* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, product development, or client engagement
* Proven track record in executive-level relationship management and sales leadership
* Experience in vendor management and data analytics/reporting infrastructure
* Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting platforms.
* Understanding of rebate programs, pricing strategies, and financial modeling
* Ability to design and implement new products/programs aligned with business goals
* Expertise in consultative selling and executive-level presentations
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* High-level problem-solving and innovation mindset

* Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the KPP Rebate Services Program, driving process optimization, product innovation, and executive-level reporting to enhance efficiency, client value, and strategic decision-making.
* Build executive-level relationships to position KPP's rebate services as strategic solutions, lead consultative discussions to align offerings with client priorities, and oversee development of tailored, data-driven pitch materials.
* Maintain and strengthen executive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to anticipate needs, align new product builds with long-term goals, and drive retention through innovation and high-touch engagement.
* Design and implement a rebate tracking system to ensure compliance with benchmarks, collaborate with vendors on strategic programs, and drive continuous optimization to strengthen partnerships and deliver measurable impact.
* Architect and oversee reporting infrastructure delivering critical insights; lead next-gen analytics platform development to enhance data accessibility, client engagement, and strategic decision-making.
* Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
