Machining - Metal Worker 2nd shift

We're looking for a hands-on Metal Worker to support the repair and production of critical aircraft engine components.

If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the opportunity for you. In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to modify, blend, and prepare parts to precise specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Shift: Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do



* Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specifications


* Set up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipment


* Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality requirements are met


* Follow production instructions, quality standards, and process requirements


* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area


* Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives


* Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For



* High school diploma or GED preferred


* Manufacturing or metalworking experience is a plus, but not required


* Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions


* Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


* Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
