Technical Lead

Build and lead data analytics solutions that help drive business outcomes across client and project teams.

This Technical Lead role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting analytics and reporting solutions using Snowflake, Oracle SQL, and Tableau.

The role requires hands-on technical execution, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and the ability to guide delivery from data sourcing through dashboard design and deployment.

Work you'll do

As a Technical Lead on the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for:


* Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions using Snowflake and Oracle SQL


* Build Tableau dashboards and visualizations that support business, operational, and project reporting needs


* Translate business and technical requirements into scalable analytics solutions and reporting designs


* Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across data sources, queries, and dashboards


* Lead technical delivery activities, including solution design reviews, development oversight, and coordination with project stakeholders

The team

The Data Analytics team delivers data and reporting solutions that support business decision-making and project execution.

The team works across Snowflake, Oracle SQL, and Tableau to develop scalable analytics products, improve reporting processes, and turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience developing data and reporting solutions


* 3+ years of experience with Snowflake and Oracle Structured Query Language


* 3+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau


* Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and reporting solutions


* Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for the client or project purposes


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:


* Experience leading technical workstreams or analytics delivery activities


* Experience with data validation, testing, and production support


* Experience working with multiple data sources and large data sets


* Experience optimizing Structured Query Language queries and reporting performance
