Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for helping clients improve finance planning, forecasting, analytics, and reporting capabilities.


* Assess finance planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes to identify improvement opportunities


* Support the design and implementation of finance processes, data structures, and reporting solutions


* Build and refine financial models, scenario analyses, forecasts, and performance dashboards


* Translate business and finance requirements into process, data, and technology recommendations


* Support project delivery through analysis, documentation, testing, and client meeting preparation

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or business finance


* 2+ years of experience developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, or management reports


* 1+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into finance process, data, or reporting solutions


* 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
