Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Supply Chain Operate team, you will be responsible for:


* Assessing client supply chain operating models, process challenges, service expectations, and technology environments to identify opportunities for improved performance


* Supporting business development activities, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, staffing strategy, solution design, and commercial planning


* Designing and mobilizing Supply Chain Operate solutions across one or more supply chain domains, including transition planning and steady-state service delivery models


* Leading engagement delivery and managing quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, and cross-functional resource coordination


* Driving operational improvement through process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations


* Building strong relationships across client, account, and delivery teams while coaching junior professionals and contributing to practice growth
