Job Title : Deputy Manager - Production

Experience - 3 -6 years

Education- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, 3-6 Yrs exp

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities


* Preparation and Finalisation of Monthly FG Schedule.

( M1, M2, M3 )


* Raw Material and Components schedule / requirement finalisation for the month.

( M1, M2,M3 )


* Follow up with all concern and ensure Adherence and compliance for Finalised Breaker and Accessories Schedule.

Regular interaction with shop, SMD, DSSG and concerned depts


* Ensure Raw Material & Component availability for assembly line as per Plan , Ensure Stock Norms of RM & Components.


* Control on Inventory and WIP as per Target / Budget, reduction in non Moving / Slow Moving Inventory


* Tracking and ensure completion on time of Urgent, White Label and Specific order.

Communicate to Customer about commitment and related activities.


* Prepare Weekly plan for FG SKU's, Inhouse components and co-ordinate to ensure material availability accordingly.


* Good Understanding of Production planning process, SAP knowledge on MM, PP module
