Project Manager

As a Project Lead, you will support the successful execution of customer projects with both technical and organizational complexity.

You will act as a key link between customers, Schneider Electric factories, engineering teams, procurement, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver the expected results.

What will you do?


* Lead customer projects or project workstreams from handover through successful completion.


* Coordinate project teams and factory deliveries to achieve key project milestones.


* Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and overall performance.


* Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning activities, and handover to service teams.


* Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project execution.


* Support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.


* Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and Schneider Electric processes.


* Facilitate a smooth transition from project delivery to long-term service support.

Qualifications & Experience



* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.


* 4-7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role within a technical or industrial environment.


* Experience working on multidisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.


* Experience within data centers, industrial facilities, critical infrastructure, energy management, or commercial buildings is required.


* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.


* A structured and proactive approach to planning, organization, and problem-solving.


* Commercial awareness and a good understanding of project performance and customer expectations.
