Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative II
We're seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to drive growth with strategic customers and end users.
In this role, you'll develop account strategies, lead consultative sales engagements, and deliver solutions that help customers achieve their efficiency and sustainability objectives.
What will you do?
* Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned accounts, coordinating resources to maximize portfolio opportunities
* Lead consultative sales processes with operations and C-level stakeholders, positioning solutions that deliver measurable value
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, leveraging partner ecosystems and market strategies
* Build and maintain deep customer relationships through proactive account management and stakeholder engagement

Required
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales.
* Proven experience managing strategic accounts and enterprise customers.
* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
* Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple decision-makers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within assigned territory.
* Experience selling Secure Power, Data Center, Energy Management, Critical Infrastructure, Electrical Distribution, Cooling, Power Protection, or related solutions.
