People Data Operations Intern with English

The People Data Operations Intern supports HR teams across Europe by helping maintain employee data, assisting with HR administration tasks, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, HR systems, and people data management while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Support employee lifecycle administration, including hiring, employee changes, and exit processes


* Update and maintain employee records in HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality


* Assist with HR documentation, contracts, and administrative tasks


* Support employees, managers, and HR teams through ticketing systems and email inquiries


* Help prepare basic HR reports and data extracts


* Participate in process improvement and data quality initiatives


* Contribute to maintaining HR procedures and knowledge documentation


* Support HR projects and other operational activities as needed

Requirements


* Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field


* Strong interest in HR, people operations, or HR administration


* Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information


* Good organizational and time management skills


* Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn


* Good written and verbal communication skills


* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


* Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools

Nice to Have


* Previous internship, student job, or academic project related to HR or administration


* Experience working with Microsoft Excel or handling data


* Interest in HR technology, automation, or AI tools


* Knowledge of Italian or another European language

Languages


* English: B2/C1


* Additional European languages are an advantage
