Job Summary

This individual should have knowledge of the registration and transfer process, policies and procedures as set forth by DMV as well as internal policies. 

Key Responsibilities


* Adhere to VITU's service level agreements and established quality standards.


* Apply knowledge of state-specific DMV requirements and procedures when reviewing vehicle paperwork.


* Under the direction of the Audit Manager, review and audit vehicle paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DMV policies, procedures, and internal requirements.


* Communicate with dealerships and state agencies regarding paperwork discrepancies, processing requirements, and resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience



* Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.



* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.



* Strong verbal and written communication skills.



* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.



* Attention to detail.


* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation   

 

The hourly rate range for this position is:  $19.00 - $23.00

 

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
