Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow.

The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release.

Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best.

Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you'll achieve:

As a Product Data Specialist, you will support the setup and maintenance of product data during new product introductions and engineering changes.

You will work closely with international teams across engineering, configuration, and operations to ensure that all product information is accurate and ready for release.

You will:


* Participate in small and medium-sized projects with defined timelines and quality standards


* Audit, validate, and manage Product Data (PD) requests


* Maintain accurate product data across internal systems

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements


* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Management


* Up to 2 years of experience working with data; position is also suitable for fresh graduates 2025/2026


* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to interpret, structure, and analyze data


* Intermediate knowledge of Power BI or Macro development & animation

Desirable Requirements


* RPA tools or SQL


* Experience with project work or coordination or basic understanding of product or system data

Salary starting from: 1 475 EUR gross/monthly
