Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Responsibilities:


* Assist the Director of Nursing with the management of daily nursing operations.


* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.


* Support staffing, scheduling, and nursing department oversight.


* Monitor quality measures, clinical outcomes, and resident care standards.


* Conduct audits, investigations, and follow-up on clinical concerns.


* Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance improvement.


* Participate in survey preparedness and regulatory compliance activities.


* Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused environment.

Qualifications:



* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.


* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.


* Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.


* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
