Senior Director, FP&A
Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Senior Director of Retail & Real Estate FP&A to lead a high-performing team responsible for providing critical business analytics and intelligence to fuel and sustain our growing fleet of retail stores.
In this position, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within our Retail operations, directly shaping the future of Warby Parker.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the development of dynamic financial models and compelling reports that track our Retail business metrics and performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
* Partner directly with Retail Leadership and the Field team on deep business analysis, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations
* Provide integral support on key team deliverables, including annual budgeting, monthly projections, and board meeting preparation
* Drive labor and capital planning strategy for our growing Retail presence, including capital allocation for new store growth, paybacks, and net present value analyses
* Oversee the strategic planning process for Retail by ideating and analyzing initiatives to continue driving channel growth
Who You Are:
* An Excel and PowerPoint expert driven by results, with the thorough accounting knowledge required to build comprehensive, flexible, and scalable financial models
* Creative and analytical as a thinker who can focus on the details without losing sight of the big picture
* Seasoned as a people manager with a collaborative track record across the company
* Passionate about retail and direct-to-consumer businesses, with a firm belief in Warby Parker's social mission
* Backed by 11+ years of professional experience in strategic financial planning and retail analytics
Extra Credit:
* Experience with Looker or a similar data visualization tool
* Familiarity with business and forecasting planning tools

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes not only a competitive base salary/hourly rate but also variable compensation for eligible employees.

Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.
For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
