Product Development - Principal Scientist I

This position is ahybrid work position that supports Product Development Lifecyle, must be flexible to adjusted schedule when need.What you will be doing:


* Lead the development, scale-up, and quality stewardship of innovative oral pouch products from concept through commercialization.


* Translate consumer insights, business objectives, and regulatory requirements into successful product solutions.


* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing-ready products, including material qualification, process development, and production readiness activities.


* Collaborate with global partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to support product testing and international commercialization efforts.


* Adapt product formulations and manufacturing processes to meet the needs of diverse global markets, considering regional consumer preferences, regulations, and supply chain requirements.


* Identify and implement opportunities to improve product quality, performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.


* Support lifecycle management activities, including product maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for commercialized products.


* Share technical expertise and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

We want you to have:


* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.


* 5+ years of experience in product and/or process development within a manufacturing, scientific, consumer products, pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or other regulated environment.


* Experience supporting product commercialization and lifecycle management activities.


* Working knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD), Design Control, risk management principles, or similar product development frameworks.


* Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to regulated industries.


* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.


* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment, lift up to 50 lbs., and travel internationally
