Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Part-Time Janitor/Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

This role is essential in supporting quality resident care by ensuring clean linens, properly maintained laundry, and a sanitary facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Laundry Responsibilities


* Maintain an adequate supply of clean linens for the comfort and care of all residents.


* Inspect linens regularly and remove damaged or stained items from service.


* Collect resident laundry daily or as needed.


* Label new residents' clothing as needed.


* Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens.


* Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms promptly.


* Follow all infection control, sanitation, and laundry procedures.


* Maintain inventory of laundry supplies.


* Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely.


* Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns to the Administrator.

Janitorial/Housekeeping Responsibilities


* Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces.


* Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.


* Empty trash and replace liners.


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.


* Follow all safety, infection control, and housekeeping procedures.


* Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.
