About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility clean, sanitary, and comfortable for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Your work directly contributes to the health, safety, and well-being of those in our care.

Pay & Schedule


* $18.00 - $19.00 per hour


* Full-time


* Non-exempt position

What You'll Do


* Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, common areas, and floors


* Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms regularly


* Wipe down handrails, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and dispensers


* Empty trash cans and replace liners


* Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility


* Follow safety protocols, including proper signage and secure chemical storage


* Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions


* Keep housekeeping carts and supply areas clean and organized


* Report safety concerns to your supervisor right away


* Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

What We're Looking For


* Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required


* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness


* Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines


* Good communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements


* Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching


* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.


* Comfortable performing repetitive tasks (sweeping, mopping, wiping)


* Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment
