Medical Records Coordinator

Sierra Post Acute is hiring a Medical Records Coordinator/Central Supply!

What to Expect:

The primary purpose of the Medical Records Coordinator is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility's established privacy policies and procedures.

Also will be in charge of Central Supply and is responsible for managing the facility's medical and general supply inventory.

This role ensures that essential items are ordered, stocked, and distributed efficiently to support resident care and daily operations.

Successful Candidate:

Experience as a Medical Records Coordinator in skilled nursing required.

Must be knowledgeable of medical terminology (IDT-10), and be knowledgeable in computers, data retrieval, input and output functions, legal aspects of health information, coding, indexing, etc.

A working knowledge of anatomy and physiology preferred, but not required

Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED

Rate $24-$26/hour
