Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
* Lead eligibility-focused business analysis, requirements definition, and end-to-end solution design activities for large-scale Medicaid modernization and eligibility system initiatives.
* Facilitate complex stakeholder discussions with client leadership, policy teams, operations staff, developers, and testers to drive business process decisions, resolve issues, and achieve consensus on system functionality and implementation approaches.
* Translate complex eligibility policy and operational requirements into business processes, functional requirements, system designs, user stories, process flows, and implementation guidance.
* Oversee system delivery activities by supporting development, testing, defect triage, production issue resolution, and implementation planning to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Assess cross-functional impacts, dependencies, risks, and operational considerations across multiple workstreams, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to project and client leadership.
* Leverage experience with Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and long-term care programs to drive modernization efforts and deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centered solutions.
