As an Engineering Delivery Manager II on the Deloitte Technology Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading delivery planning and execution for Core Tax technology initiatives across multiple workstreams


* Partnering with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities, scope, timelines, and dependencies


* Managing delivery governance, risk tracking, release coordination, and status reporting to support predictable outcomes


* Driving continuous improvement across Agile delivery practices, team operations, and software development lifecycle execution


* Coaching teams and delivery leads to improve collaboration, accountability, and quality across product delivery efforts

Qualifications

Required:


* 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software delivery, product delivery, or engineering programs


* 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, architecture, and operations


* Experience managing roadmaps, release plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across enterprise technology initiatives
