Your IMPACT & Mission:


* Support the rollout of global service offerings and drive successful market deployment.


* Lead Voice of Front Office initiatives and coordinate service improvement actions.


* Manage end-to-end retrofit programs, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost targets are met.


* Oversee technical projects for key customers and strategic business initiatives.


* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.


* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.

Your Mindset:


* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.


* 5+ years of experience in service operations, service program management, or technical project management.


* Experience in EV charging, eMobility, or a related technical industry is preferred.


* Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


* PMP or similar certification is an advantage.


* Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (approximately 5-10%).


* Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus.
