Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll lead high-value low- and medium-voltage power distribution projects for data centers and critical infrastructure customers, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Lead complex projects that power the world's most critical environments.

What will you do?


* Manage complex customer projects from handover through commissioning and final delivery.


* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.


* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


* Manage project scope, risks, contracts, change orders, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


* Coordinate international teams and partners to achieve critical project milestones.


* Promote a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.


* Prepare and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning activities, and handover to service teams.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* 7+ years of Project Management experience in electrical, industrial, power distribution, or critical infrastructure projects.


* Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems and power distribution solutions.


* Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and managing customer relationships.


* Commercial awareness, including project financials, risk management, and contract management.


* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.


* PMP, IPMA, or similar certification is a plus.


* Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
