Your role:
Reporting to the Global Gas & Offshore Business Leader, this role is responsible for driving early customer engagement at the Pre-FEED and FEED stages for the LNG & Gas Processing business.
The position leads strategic customer engagement, market development, and solution positioning, leveraging deep application and industry expertise to promote Schneider Electric's unique value proposition and influence project specifications early in the project lifecycle, with strategic accounts, and new customers across target regions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced LNG & Gas Processing sales executive with strong leadership skills, capable of developing growth strategies, leading complex customer engagements, and fostering collaboration across global teams.
Your mission :
* Lead the global LNG & Gas Processing sub-segment strategy, driving growth through electrification, digitalization, automation, and emerging technologies.
* Act as the subject matter expert for LNG & Gas Processing, developing and communicating the segment's Unique Value Proposition (UVP), providing thought leadership, and enabling regional sales teams through training and market insights.
* Establish and lead a cross-functional global collaboration network involving Business Units, Regions, and key stakeholders to define, deploy, and execute segment strategies and value propositions.
* Support Global Strategic Accounts and Regional Accounts in identifying and developing opportunities related to LNG, gas processing, electrification, digitalization, strategic partnerships, and pilot projects.
* Engage with customers and industry partners to co-develop innovative solutions, accelerate adoption of new technologies, and scale digital and electrification initiatives in collaboration with Innovation and Technology teams.
* Drive pipeline creation and early project engagement, working closely with pre-sales and prescription teams to influence specifications and position Schneider Electric solutions at the front-end of projects.
* Collaborate with target regions and Lines of Business to identify priority customers, define account coverage strategies, and maximize business development effectiveness.
* Monitor market trends, investment projects, and industry developments, ensuring Schneider Electric maintains a strong competitive position and captures emerging growth opportunities within the LNG and Gas Processing sector.
