Platform Ops & Support Lead - ETL/DBA

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives.

In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.


* Serve as the primary onshore lead and accountability owner for end-to-end platform support operations, driving delivery excellence across all operational and engineering service areas


* Own and govern the full ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle including incident and problem management, change control, knowledge management, and ITSM reporting ensuring SLA compliance, CAB facilitation, and root cause analysis


* Lead release management and environment operations including production deployments, CI/CD pipeline orchestration, environment provisioning, DR planning and execution, and IT Change Control audit support


* Oversee enhancement services by coordinating effort estimation, design, development, testing, implementation of approved platform changes ensuring alignment with strategic goals, governance standards, and monthly capacity utilization targets


* Manage demand, capacity planning, and project scoping maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring engineering commitments are met within agreed SLAs


* Engage directly with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates
