Job Description:
Receptionist (part-time, 30 hours/week)
We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Receptionist to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Budapest office.
In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors and external partners while also coordinating a range of office-related activities.
Main responsibilities
* Maintain a high-level of customer service for colleagues, visitors and suppliers
* Manage the daily operation of the reception and respond to general office-related questions
* Coordinate office maintenance and be the first point of contact for the landlord, maintenance providers and cleaning company
* Monitor office supply inventories and arrange orders and other office-related purchases
* Process incoming invoices, create purchase orders and cooperate with Finance to support timely payments
* Coordinate business visits, including meeting room bookings, catering and other meeting requirements
* Prepare office-related communications, reports and records
* Participate in brainstorming about and implementing office improvements
What we are looking for
* High school diploma (a college or university degree is an advantage)
* Experience in reception, front desk, office administration or a similar role
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English
* Aptitude and willingness to be present on-site during your working hours
* User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
* Friendly, professional and customer-oriented communication style
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve day-to-day issues
* Previous experience in a multinational or shared services environment is an advantage
