Job Overview

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position.

You will provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive, fast-paced post-acute environment.


* Compensation: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour


* Job Type: Full-Time AM SHIFT

Key Responsibilities


* Assess resident health conditions and create individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately.


* Monitor patient vitals and track medical histories.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families.


* Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications


* Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.


* Current BLS/CPR certification.


* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.


* Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.
