Your Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's dignity, comfort, and independence.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.


* Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.


* Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.


* Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support each resident's care goals and recovery.

Qualifications


* Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.


* Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience is welcome but not required.


* New graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide training and mentorship.
