Bishop Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our exceptional nursing team.

As an LVN, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care while helping residents achieve their highest level of health, comfort, and independence.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.


* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care.

Qualifications


* Current and active California LVN license.


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.


* Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
