Senior Product Associate, Offer Platforms

As a Senior Product Associate in Card Acquisition Product, you will contribute to the full product development lifecycle - from discovery and research through delivery - helping build innovative, customer-first solutions.

Job responsibilities
* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities grounded in user research, customer feedback, and market discovery
* Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall customer experience
* Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
* Analyze and evaluate product metrics across the development lifecycle, tracking progress against time, cost, and quality targets
* Write clear requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product development forward
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are well-defined and aligned with customer expectations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
* Proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle
* Hands-on experience with product lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
* Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
* Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams working on technical products
* Ability to receive direction on a desired outcome and independently develop a plan to achieve it
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization using Agile methodology
* Background in banking, financial services, or marketing technology
* Strong product strategy and communication skills
* Natural curiosity and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
