Senior Consultant, PrC Change Management and Training

Work you'll do

As a Change Management and Training Lead Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for...


* Oversee the design and delivery of the training program, including on demand and live delivery.


* Lead design and delivery of communications strategy including field debrief, release-related notifications, provisioning status notifications, reminders etc.


* Facilitate site and provider onboarding by supporting program overview conversations, site discovery activities, clinical note title creation, etc.


* Collaborate with internal and external teams to prepare materials for leadership readouts, PI planning, and priority setting activities.


* Use storytelling and visualization techniques to convey projecting planning and related insights.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare related organizations with change management, training or communications


* 1+ year of experience supporting or leading change management tele-health programs


* 1+ year of experience with Salesforce, particularly in support of clinical care delivery
