Deputy Program Lead Texas Back-up Power Program

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team, you will be responsible for...


* Serve as main client counterpart for the design, development, and administration of the Texas Back-Up Power Program.


* Leading project workstreams across strategy, growth, and transformation engagements from planning through execution


* Developing analyses, business cases, operating model recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables for client stakeholders


* Managing day-to-day client interactions, including status updates, issue resolution, and alignment on project milestones


* Overseeing junior team members by providing direction, reviewing work product, and supporting quality and timeliness


* Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve client outcomes across complex transformation initiatives
