Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Lead end-to-end architecture for Pega solutions, spanning case lifecycle, data, integration, UI, security, and deployment.


* Translate business requirements into scalable case management and decisioning designs.


* Define and govern case types, stages, steps, SLAs, assignments, routing, correspondence, and exception handling.


* Design data architecture, including data types, data pages, persistence, data virtualization, and records management.


* Architect integrations across REST/SOAP, message queues, files, and databases, including error handling and retries.


* Establish performance, security, and DevOps standards to support secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications.


* Conduct design and code reviews, enforce best practices, and resolve complex technical defects.


* Mentor delivery teams and document architecture decisions, diagrams, and runbooks.
