Consultant, Program and Engagement Support - Active TS/SCI Required

As a Program and Engagement Support Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for...


* Supporting the development and delivery of workforce-facing communications related to program initiatives, engagement activities, and talent updates for Promotions and Assignments programs.


* Creating targeted outreach materials, including leadership communications, stakeholder-specific messaging, internal articles, IPTV content, and other communication products to support program objectives.


* Coordinating outreach execution by submitting and tracking graphics, print, and digital signage requests, while supporting event logistics and in-person engagement activities.


* Maintaining and updating webpages, outreach trackers, and reporting tools to ensure information is accurate, current, and aligned with program priorities.


* Collaborating with teammates to support strategy development, outreach planning, guidance updates, performance reporting, and identification of opportunities to enhance workforce awareness and participation.
